Some mention of Avon's famed crossdraw should be made - though I cannot fomrulate it propperly myself. Azezel 20:44, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Somehow...[edit]

Relationships[edit]

I'm wondering whether the in-depth relationships analysis is necessary here. We could go on forever analysing Avon's relationships with the rest of the characters. Much is fan-lore, some is speculation and nothing is referenced. I may copy-edit this page in the future, should i have the time and inclination. Oh, I added the refs tag too. I happen to agree. The Anna relationship is relevant since it was a huge part of Avon's arc. But the relationships with Servalan and Cally seem more appropriate to a fan site than to an encylcopdia

I agree with all of the above and have edited and removed a chunk of the plainly wrong analysis of Avon's character viz his interaction with and motivations regarding the remainder of the crew of the Liberator and characters in the series. I particularly felt that this piece was not so much a detailed analysis as a rabid character assassination of Blake's character which was totally inappropriate. I (and my mother who with her Masters in Literary Criticism) am long term adult fans of the series and disagreed with this article. 86.161.124.166 (talk) 09:26, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Adrian Fletcher[reply]
